We offer a variety of opportunities and activities to help you meet your wellness needs, including an extensive variety of group exercise classes, individual and small group Personal Training services, nutrition coaching, and courses to help prevent the onset or prevalence of chronic disease.

Enrollment Guidelines: Flexible scheduling, unused sessions do not carry over. No agreement is necessary, enroll at the member service desk. The payment plan is automatic until written cancelation is received, 10 days prior to the draft date. The program reflects individual rates.
Want ongoing personal attention? Get a little extra help from an experienced, certified personal trainer who will develop, monitor, and modify your exercise program to meet your individual needs. Each Y location offers a 30-minute plan and has a variety of trainers with varying interests and expertise. We’ll provide recommendations based on your wants and needs.
Personal Training Plus
t’s better with a buddy! Our Group Training program offers the best of both worlds by giving you the chance to work out with a friend and an experienced, certified personal trainer. Get the fun support and motivation that comes from exercising with a partner. Our Group Training program involves alternating one minute of cardio with one minute of strength training for a total of 30 minutes.
