The Karate Academy class is for all students that have completed the Karate Experience class. Students will build on the essential skills taught during the Experience class and begin working toward their yellow belt and beyond. Increase muscle tone, flexibility, endurance, coordination and speed. Create a feeling of focus in daily life, increased self-esteem, respect for self and others and self-discipline. Taught by black-belt instructors. Groups will be broken up by experience and skill level. Youth and Adults welcome! Spots are limited!

Beginner level class working towards your white belt. Incorporates punching, kicking, blocking, and jogging. Emphasis is placed on discipline, courage, respect, moral attitude, and fun.

Intermediate level class working through yellow stripe to black belt. Incorporates punching, kicking, blocking, and jogging. Emphasis is placed on discipline, courage, respect, moral attitude, and fun.

If you have always wanted to try out martial arts, the Karate Experience class is for you. This class is for everyone that has never taken Karate or any martial art before. Increase muscle tone, flexibility, endurance, coordination and speed. Create a feeling of focus in daily life, increased self-esteem, respect for self and others and self-discipline. This is a beginner level introductory course. Spots are limited!
