Please allow four weeks advance notice when reserving your birthday party with the YMCA. Full payment is required to reserve your birthday party. We provide basic decorations for all parties. This includes table coverings, paper plates and napkins, pizza, cupcakes and water.

If you would like to bring additional items for decor for the party room you are welcome to bring your own. You may set up 30 minutes prior to party start.

A host will be available throughout the party to setup, clean up and provide assistance. Parties are limited to 2 hours only because of other schedules. The Stay Fit 4 Life Clinic is functional training to improve coordination, agility, balance, strength and flexibility. Utilizing a variety of fitness equipment like bands, balls, weights, TRX, BOSU, and The Step to name a few. Cardio and strength exercises are designed to work on specific joints and muscles individually and also in combination as full body function. Classes finish with a relaxing stretch to complete the process.

Join us as we celebrate winter, inside! Fun winter activities like sledding and snowball fights will combine with hot cocoa and treats, while we play games and a visit with a certain frosty princess.

Yoga with Puppies! Join us for easy, mat based yoga from 9:30-10:30am, with a little puppy love and chaos. Puppies will be coming from the Ability Center, no outside dogs are permitted.
