Experience-Kid's Strength and Conditioning (Ages 8-12)
Strength and conditioning is the application of resistance, plyometric, agility and speed training. Young athletes may choose to participate in a strength and conditioning program to enhance athletic performance, long-term health and prevent and/or rehabilitate injuries. This is a 45 minute class for 4 weeks.

Join us and come develop your skills and learn about the game of volleyball! This clinic is a great opportunity for beginners to learn the game, or experienced players to further their volleyball skills and knowledge. There are a limited number of spots so sign-up while you can.
Knee pads are strongly suggested.
Volleyball/tennis shoes required (No sandals/crocs).

Youth Co-Ed Volleyball Clinic (Ages 16-18)

Want to improve your volleyball skills with our Elite Hitters Program? Please join us this summer for our Youth Co-ed Volleyball clinic at Frank and Shirley Dick YMCA.
There will be four weekends all focused on essential volleyball skills coached by our very own Hitter’s players and coaches. Join us and come develop your skills and learn about the game of volleyball! This clinic is a great opportunity for beginners to learn the game, or experienced players to further their volleyball skills and knowledge. There are a limited number of spots so sign-up while you can.
Knee pads are strongly suggested. Volleyball/tennis shoes required(No sandals/crocs).
