Academy-Competitive Swim (Ages 9-14)
Prerequisite: Swimmer must be in School Age Level 6 or swimmer must be able to swim 50 yards of each of the following:
- Front Crawl (Freestyle) (demonstrating good breath control)
- Backstroke
- Breaststroke.
This class will teach the elements of Competitive Swimming Stroke development, turns and starts.

Academy-Diving Lessons (Ages 9-15)

Beginner Diving (Ages 6-12)
Learn the basics of springboard diving. Designed for beginners, this class will teach you the foundational skills of diving.
Each session is 8 classes; Monday-Thursday for two consecutive weeks. Friday will be used for makeups due to weather cancellations.
