YMCA Hitters Volleyball Team
YMCA Hitters was established in 2010 by a coach wanting to help build up the volleyball competition in Lenawee County. Our training is about the athletes. We encourage team unity. We teach our players not only to have confidence in themselves, but to trust their teammates and coaches.
Club Achievements
2019- 14U Elite team won their age division in the Mizuno Lake Erie Power League
2019- 14U Elite was MJVBA State Champion Club Division Runner-Ups.
2023- 17U Elite was MJVBA State Championship Club Division Silver Bracket Winners
2023- 12 Teams and 95 Players
Elite Teams (December 2024 through June 2025)
Season runs December 9, 2024 through June 15, 2025
- Two practice days per week
- Pre-season training – mandatory.
- Post- season training
- One Power League – Lake Erie PL – 4 dates
- Two 1 day AAU tournaments
- Eight 2 day AAU/JVA tournaments
- Possible – Navy Pier Asics Junior National Championships – Chicago
Y Family/Grandparent/Two Person Member: $1450 with a $400 deposit at registration.
5 monthly automatic payments on January 1, Feb 1, March 1, April 1, May 1 ($210 per month)
Youth/Non-Member: $1650 with a $400 deposit at registration

Y Family/Grandparent/Two Person Member: $900 with a $400 deposit at registration.

Youth/Non-Member: $1100 with a $400 deposit at registration

Spring Teams (March 2025 through June 2025)
Season runs: March 17, 2025 through June 8, 2025.
- 2 practice days per week
- Pre – season training and training during season.
- Five 1-day AAU tournaments.
Y Family/Grandparent/Two Person Member: $700 with a $400 deposit at registration.
3 monthly payments on April 1, May 1, June 1 ($100 per month)
Youth Member/Non-Member: $900 with a $400 deposit at meet the team.
3 monthly payments on April 1, May 1, June 1 ($166-168 per month)
Winter and Spring Teams (January 2025 through June 2025)
Season runs: January 6, 2025 – June 8, 2025
- Pre season training, training during seasons
- 2 practice days per week.
- 10 total AAU tournaments over both seasons.
Y Family/Grandparent/Two Person Member: $1200 with a $400 deposit at registration.
5 monthly payments on February 1, March 1, April 1, May 1, June 1 ($160 per month)
Youth Member/Non Member: $1400 with a $400 deposit at meet the team.
