The YMCA of Greater Toledo African American Resource Network addresses the need for leadership development and professional development for staff and volunteers who identify as African American and/or Black in the Y-Movement. These resources/tools will allow staff to advance in their professional career, to share and leverage experiences to create community inside and outside the Y, and to increase engagement through coaching, mentorship, and networking.
