Aquatics Specialty
Extend your aquatic skills and maximize your health with our specialty aquatics programs.
Competitive Diving (Ages 6 and up)
The session of competitive diving will begin June 5th and end July 13th.
Participants will receive top tier instruction and compete in meets. Requirements by age group are as follows:
8 and under: 3 Dives, 2 different categories
9-10 3 dives, 3 different categories
11-13 4 dives, 3 different categories
14+ 5 dives, 4 different categories

Competitive Swim (Ages 10-14)
Must complete School-Age Swim Strokes 6 and know all strokes.
Work on the refinement of skills in all strokes.
Will also focus on turns, starts, sets, and endurance.

Diving Lessons (Ages 9-15)
Divers will learn basic front dive, back dives, somersaults, inwards and progress to a more complicated dive.
Must have completed Swim stage 4

Intermediate Diving (Ages 6-12)
Learn the next steps to competitive diving. Each session is 8 classes; Monday-Thursday for two consecutive weeks. Friday will be used for makeups due to weather cancellations.

*No class July 4. Make up is July 7.
