Healthy Lifestyles for Teens (Must have prior approval from Healthy Living before registering)
For teens 13+. Sessions include 30 minutes of physical activity and 30 minute discussion about topics related to a healthy lifestyle.

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention (Must have prior approval from Healthy Living)
Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention uses an evidence-based approach to preventing falls, using safe and easy-to-learn movements. The goals of this program are to: increase joint stability and flexibility, improve balance, and decrease pain from arthritis.
Healthy living approval is required for participation in this program. Regular group exercise tai chi classes are available on a first-come first-served basis, without approval needed – check your branch group exercise schedules for more information.
