Join us for an adult open gym designed specifically for former gymnasts looking to get back on some equipment in a relaxed, self guided environment. Whether you’re revisiting old skills, working on conditioning, or just looking for a fun way to stay active, this session provides access to a variety of gymnastics equipment. No formal instruction will be provided, but staff will be present for supervision.

Spend an hour practicing your favorite gymnastics skills in a fun, supervised setting! Gymnasts will have access to both out Comp and Swamp gyms, with coaches on the floor to provide guidance and ensure safe skill practice at every level.

Come explore, climb and play! Open Gymnastics is a fun, unstructured time for little ones to enjoy the Swamp Gym and practice their skills at their own pace. Children 3 and under must have a parent/guardian supervising them on the gym floor at all times.

Parents and preschoolers are invited to enjoy quality time together while jumping, climbing, rolling, and laughing in a safe environment designed just for kids! Explore the trampoline, jump into the foam pit, or test your balance on the beams.

Parent supervision is required in the gym at all times. Online registration is recommended, as space is limited. Due to the ongoing nature of this program, refunds are not available.
