Gymnastics Open Gym
Come enjoy all the fun of gymnastics! We offer open gym opportunities for all ages throughout the year. Whether you want to burn off some energy, practice your gymnastics skills, revisit an old favorite, or enjoy active family time, open gym has something for everyone.
Open gym provides unstructured, supervised time to explore and enjoy our gymnastics spaces at your own pace.
Open Gym (Ages 6-14)
Spend an hour practicing your favorite gymnastics skills in a fun, supervised setting! Gymnasts will have access to both out Comp and Swamp gyms, with coaches on the floor to provide guidance and ensure safe skill practice at every level.

Open Gym (Ages 10 months-5 years)
Come explore, climb and play! Open Gymnastics is a fun, unstructured time for little ones to enjoy the Swamp Gym and practice their skills at their own pace. Children 3 and under must have a parent/guardian supervising them on the gym floor at all times.

Preschool Open Gym (Ages 9 months -6 years)
Parents and preschoolers are invited to enjoy quality time together while jumping, climbing, rolling, and laughing in a safe environment designed just for kids! Explore the trampoline, jump into the foam pit, or test your balance on the beams.

💲 Members: $5 per child | Non-Members: $10 per child
Infants in carriers or strollers are free.
Parent supervision is required in the gym at all times. Online registration is recommended, as space is limited. Due to the ongoing nature of this program, refunds are not available.
